Welcome to Fit for the Trade (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, programs, services, or products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Services Provided

Fit for the Trade offers fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching programs designed for tradesmen and blue-collar professionals. Services may include digital content, coaching, accountability systems, and access to our app or community platforms.

3. Our Guarantee

We stand by our process and offer a 1 lb per week guarantee. If you follow your personalized plan as designed (including nutrition, check-ins, and activity requirements) and do not lose an average of 1 lb per week over your agreed program length, we will continue coaching you at no additional cost until you reach that benchmark.

Our Services are for educational purposes only and are not medical advice.

You should consult with a physician before starting any fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

By participating, you acknowledge that exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risks, and you agree that Fit for the Trade is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur.

5. Intellectual Property

All program materials, content, and resources provided are the property of Fit for the Trade. They may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without written consent.

6. Community Guidelines

When participating in our groups, app, or coaching platforms, you agree to:

Be respectful toward other members and coaches.

Avoid posting offensive, harmful, or promotional content.

Follow the instructions and boundaries set by your coach.

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Fit for the Trade is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of our Services.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Ohio.

9. Changes to Terms
